1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or design).
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
🚫 Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
Items that have been worn or washed
Size issues due to incorrect customer selection (please refer to the size chart before ordering)
Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Order number
Reason for return/exchange
Photos of the item (clearly showing the issue)
Your contact number and address
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
3. Return Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (where available), or you may be asked to send the item back yourself.
Please ensure the product is packed properly to avoid damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
If the returned product is received and approved after inspection
If the order was prepaid and canceled before shipping

🚫 Cash refunds are not available for COD orders upon delivery. For COD, refunds are processed via bank or mobile wallet after the returned item is received.
